Delivery Options:
1. Pick-up Point Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 2 business days.
- Order Process: The customer places the order online and selects the pick-up point delivery option.
- Pick-up Point Selection: The customer selects a pick-up point from the available list of Packeta partners.
- Processing and Dispatch: The order is processed and dispatched to the selected pick-up point.
- Notification: The customer receives a notification and a unique code via SMS when the parcel arrives at the pick-up point.
- Parcel Collection: The customer goes to the pick-up point, presents the code received via SMS, and collects the package.
2. Home Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 2 business days.
- Order Process: The customer places the order online and selects the home delivery option.
- Delivery Address: The customer enters the desired delivery address in the order details.
- Processing and Dispatch: The order is processed and dispatched to the specified address.
- Notification: The customer receives SMS notifications about the order status and the estimated delivery time.
- Parcel Delivery: The courier delivers the parcel directly to the address specified by the customer.

Standard delivery is FREE as long as the total amount of the ordered items is over 200 Lei.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the products were delivered incorrectly or have manufacturing defects.
