You have 14 calendar days to return/exchange a product.

To exchange or return orders made at Exprey, please ensure that the items are in their original packaging, have all tags attached, and show no signs of damage or wear. If the returned product is damaged, shows clear signs of use, or is in a condition that prevents us from reselling it, we reserve the right to refuse the parcel or, as applicable, to reduce the product return fee according to Law OUG34/2014 by up to 100%.

Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse the receipt of the parcel if:

• The products have been worn or exhibit improper odors.
• The products are not in their original packaging.

The cost of return shipping or exchanging parcels is borne by the company only in the case where the customer has received a defective product or a wrong product.

Return parcels are manually inspected in front of the cameras, hence we reserve the right to refuse payment for non-compliant products.

Orders can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels or parcels sent through Romanian Post; these will be refused. Refunding may take up to 14 working days from receiving the parcel.

Exchange product:

The costs for size exchange (outgoing/return) are borne by the consumer using a courier company of their choice, or using Packeta Pick-up Points.

Return of the product value:

• Bank transfer to the specified account.
• Voucher valid for 6 months, available immediately.

Procedure:

If you meet the above terms and conditions and wish to return the product, please follow the procedure below:

1. Complete the return form.
2. The customer will package the products in the original packaging to prevent damage during transportation and will include a copy of the invoice in the parcel.
3. The seller will receive the parcel, inspect the returned merchandise, and inform the customer if the goods meet the return terms and conditions.
4. The seller will refund the amount paid by the customer within a maximum of 14 days, to the account specified by the customer in the return form.
