Access to information on the site

Exprey.com guarantees all users limited access, for personal interest, on the website Exprey.com and does not confer the right to download or modify partially or entirely the website, to partially or entirely reproduce the website, to copy, sell/resell, or exploit the website in any other manner, for commercial purposes or contrary to the interests of the company Exprey.com without its prior written consent.

Seller – EXPREY Buyer – individual / legal person or any legal entity that creates an Account on the Site and places an Order.

Client – individual / legal person who has or obtains access to CONTENT, through any means of communication provided by EXPREY (electronic, telephone, etc.) or based on an existing agreement of use between EXPREY and the Client and which requires the creation and use of an Account.

User – any individual/legal person registered on the Site, who, by completing the Account creation process, has agreed to the specific clauses of the site in the Terms and Conditions section.

Nickname – a pseudonym by which a certain User/Client/Buyer can add Content to the Site. The Nickname is associated with the information from the Site of the User/Client/Buyer under the name of “Username”.

Account – the section of the Site consisting of an email address and a password that allows the Buyer to place an Order and contains information about the Client/Buyer and the Buyer’s history on the Site (Orders, invoices, product warranties, etc.), as well as the possibility to track the parcel in real time or the possibility to make an Exchange/Return.

Payment: Payment represents the process by which the customer pays for the products or services purchased. Payment can be made using the following methods:

Cash on Delivery: The customer pays for the products directly to the courier at the time of delivery. This method is available for all orders placed within the territory of Romania.

Online Card Payment: The customer pays for the products online, using a bank card, through the secure Netopia platform. This method offers a fast and secure transaction process, protected by the latest security technologies.

RETURN OF ORDERED PRODUCTS The customer has the right to notify the merchant that they renounce the purchase, within 14 working days from receiving the products. Renouncing the purchase within 14 days can be applied only if the products have not been used and are returned in the original packaging. Return costs and courier transport costs for the products for which renunciation is made are borne exclusively by the buyer.
